Today Group has launched Nova Ark, a Grade A+ commercial development in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, as part of its strategy to expand its commercial real estate portfolio. Spread across approximately 9.8 lakh sq ft on an 8,100 sq m land parcel, the project will offer office spaces ranging from 650 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft. Today Group has announced the launch of Nova Ark, a Grade A+ commercial development in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, strengthening its presence in the region’s growing office real estate market. The project is being developed in one of Navi Mumbai’s emerging business districts and is designed to cater to businesses seeking modern office infrastructure supported by strong connectivity and future growth potential.
Nova Ark comprises a single commercial tower with two basement levels, a ground floor and 28 upper floors. The project is spread across an 8,100 sq m land parcel and will have a development area of approximately 9.8 lakh sq ft. Office spaces will range from 650 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft, allowing flexibility for startups, small and medium enterprises, consultants and large corporates.
The development has been planned with modern business requirements in mind and will feature high-speed elevators, advanced security systems, ample parking facilities and efficient office layouts. Located in Nerul, the project benefits from connectivity through the Harbour Line railway network, Palm Beach Road, the Sion-Panvel Highway and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. The presence of Dr D.Y. Nova Ark is also expected to gain from several major infrastructure developments planned across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. These include the Navi Mumbai International Airport corridor, the Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area (NAINA), the proposed International Corporate Park (BKC-2), the Kharghar-Turbhe Link Road and Metro Line 8, which will enhance regional connectivity and support long-term commercial growth.
