Swedish real estate company Logistea AB has acquired an airside logistics property in Turku, Finland, further expanding its presence in the Nordic logistics real estate market.
The acquired asset has an underlying property value of SEK 114 million and generates annual rental income of approximately SEK 10.6 million. According to the company, leading logistics operators FedEx and DHL contribute around 90% of the property's total rental income, providing a stable and established tenant profile.
The property is located in Turku, one of Finland's key logistics and transportation hubs. Its airside positioning offers direct connectivity to airport-related cargo operations, making it suitable for logistics, distribution and freight handling activities. Such assets continue to attract investor interest due to the growing importance of supply chain efficiency and cross-border trade within the Nordic region.
The acquisition comes as logistics real estate remains one of the more resilient segments of the property market, supported by demand from e-commerce, freight operators and third-party logistics companies. Across Europe, investors have continued to focus on strategically located logistics assets with strong tenant covenants and predictable rental income.
For Logistea, the transaction adds another income-generating property to its portfolio while strengthening exposure to the Finnish market. The presence of globally recognised occupiers such as FedEx and DHL is expected to support the asset's long-term income profile.
