GHR Infra has started Phase 1 handovers at GHR Callisto, its large-scale residential project in Kollur, West Hyderabad, marking a significant delivery milestone for the 1,190-home gated community.
The handover process commenced this week at the IGBC pre-certified Gold-rated development, enabling homeowners to begin furnishing, interior design and customisation work ahead of occupancy. The project has been developed across 8.3 acres and comprises four residential towers, 11 wings and 1,190 apartments in 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK configurations.
The developer organised a customer interaction programme to mark the occasion, attended by Shyam Sunder Reddy, Designated Partner at GHR Infra, and Karteesh Reddy Madugula, Chief Executive Officer of GHR Infra. During the event, selected homeowners received handover kits as part of the possession process.
According to the company, the commencement of handovers represents an important stage in the project lifecycle, allowing purchasers to transition from ownership documentation to preparing their homes for occupation. The developer stated that homeowners responded positively to the possession process and the opportunity to begin personalising their residences.
Positioned in the premium housing segment, GHR Callisto offers apartments starting from 1,195 sq. ft., with public pricing for standard configurations beginning at approximately INR 83 lakh. The project has been designed with nearly 70% open space and includes a 50,000 sq. ft. clubhouse.
The development features a range of recreational and lifestyle amenities, including multiple swimming pools, a gymnasium, indoor gaming facilities, mini golf, cricket practice areas, a basketball court, children's play zones, a pet park, a library, party lawns and barbecue spaces.
In addition to lifestyle facilities, the project incorporates several sustainability-focused elements. These include electric vehicle fast-charging stations, rainwater harvesting systems, organic waste composting facilities and greywater treatment infrastructure. Smart home automation features have also been integrated into the residential units.
From a project execution perspective, GHR Infra stated that integrated project management services were provided by TQCert Services Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Projects Ltd. The development also utilised Building Information Modelling (BIM)-enabled processes to support construction management and operational efficiency. The project is registered under TG RERA No. P01100004554.
Strategically located in Kollur, GHR Callisto benefits from connectivity to the Outer Ring Road and access to key employment centres including the Financial District and Gachibowli. Residents also have access to educational institutions, healthcare facilities and the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
Commenting on the milestone, Karteesh Reddy Madugula, CEO of GHR Infra, said the project was conceived as a large-format residential community combining scale, planned development and everyday liveability. He noted that the commencement of handovers represented the transition of the project from a development commitment to a lived residential experience for homeowners.
The handover milestone comes amid continued residential demand in Hyderabad’s western corridor, where homebuyers are increasingly seeking larger community developments with integrated amenities, sustainability features and established connectivity. Industry observers note that Kollur has emerged as a growing residential micro-market supported by infrastructure expansion, planned urban development and increasing end-user demand.
