Raheja Universal has introduced Horizon, a private rooftop restobar for residents at its Raheja Imperia-I project in Worli, Mumbai. Located on the 60th floor, the 20,500 sq ft amenity forms part of the project's lifestyle offering and is operated by Aufside Hospitality LLP. The developer said the facility is part of its strategy to enhance resident experience through hospitality-led amenities, alongside other features including an infinity sky pool, open-air theatre and sky deck.
Raheja Universal has unveiled Horizon, a private rooftop restobar for residents at its Raheja Imperia-I residential development in Worli, Mumbai. Located on the 60th floor of the tower, the amenity occupies approximately 20,500 sq ft and is intended exclusively for residents of the project as part of the developer's lifestyle-focused residential offering.
According to the company, Horizon has been developed within Raheja Imperia-I rather than as a commercial hospitality space. The facility is positioned around 600 feet above the Arabian Sea and forms part of the project's broader set of resident amenities. The company stated that dedicating a significant portion of premium space to a residents-only social destination reflects its approach to integrating hospitality features within residential developments.
Ashish Raheja, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Raheja Universal, said evolving buyer preferences have expanded the definition of luxury beyond the apartment itself to include experiences, services and shared environments. He indicated that the introduction of Horizon is intended to address this shift by providing residents with an exclusive hospitality space within the development.
Horizon will be operated by Mumbai-based Aufside Hospitality LLP under a management partnership with Raheja Universal. Founded in 2022, Aufside Hospitality currently manages a portfolio of nine outlets across Maharashtra and specialises in hospitality and food and beverage concepts. The company will oversee the operations of the rooftop restobar as part of the collaboration.
The restobar is one component of the broader lifestyle infrastructure branded as Vista at Raheja Imperia-I. Other amenities within the development include Aeon, an infinity sky pool, Luna, an open-air sky theatre, and Atmosphere, an open-air sky deck. Together, these facilities are designed to serve residents of the project.
Raheja Universal stated that the philosophy behind Horizon is also reflected in its other developments, including Raheja District, a mixed-use township spanning more than 60 acres in Vashi NX, Navi Mumbai, and Raheja Exotica, a development spread across more than 30 acres on Versova Island. The company said these projects are being planned as integrated lifestyle ecosystems rather than standalone residential addresses.
Raheja Imperia is located on a five-acre land parcel in Worli and comprises 402 apartments, averaging approximately 80 residences per acre. The development also features a residential skybridge connecting its two towers. According to the company, Raheja Universal has delivered around 10 million sq ft across more than 50 projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, serving over 10,000 families through its residential portfolio.
