The company confirmed that the project includes complete execution covering design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning activities.
The assigned work focuses on upgrading the existing electric traction system from 1 x 25 kV to 2 x 25 kV across important railway sections under the North Western Railway network. The project stretches across the Luni–Samdari–Bhildi and Jaipur–Sawai Madhopur sections, covering 403 route km and 497.65 track km in total.
As per the order terms, the scope is aimed at improving traction capacity to support higher freight movement targets, including enhanced loading efficiency for the rail network. The execution timeline for the project has been set at 24 months from the date of award.
