GAP Group has announced the launch of what it describes as Dholera’s first dedicated co-working facility within its Akhilam Township in the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR), Gujarat. Spread across 4,128.92 square metres in a G+1 structure, the development is located directly opposite the upcoming Tata Semiconductor Fab and is scheduled to become operational by October 2026. Designed as a plug-and-play workspace, the facility aims to support semiconductor companies, vendors, EPC contractors, consultants and project teams establishing operations in the region. The project includes a 400-seat co-working space, conference facilities, food court, executive cabins and training areas. The launch comes amid increasing industrial activity in Dholera, where large-scale manufacturing and infrastructure investments are driving demand for supporting commercial and business infrastructure.
GAP Group has announced the launch of a dedicated co-working facility in Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR), seeking to address the growing demand for office and business infrastructure emerging alongside the region’s industrial expansion.
The project, named GAP Co-Working Space, is being developed within the group’s Akhilam Township in Dholera and is positioned directly opposite the upcoming Tata Semiconductor Fab. The facility was announced on June 12 and is expected to become operational by October 2026.
Spread across 4,128.92 square metres in a G+1 structure, the development has been planned as a plug-and-play workspace aimed at companies establishing a presence in Dholera’s rapidly developing industrial ecosystem. According to the company, the facility is intended to provide ready-to-use office infrastructure for semiconductor manufacturers, vendors, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractors, consultants and project execution teams operating in the region.
The launch comes at a time when Dholera is witnessing increased industrial activity, particularly following major investments in semiconductor manufacturing and supporting infrastructure. The co-working facility is expected to serve businesses that require immediate operational space while maintaining flexibility to expand as their workforce and operational requirements grow.
The development will include a 400-seat co-working facility, a 200-seat conference hall, a 200-seat food court, executive business cabins, training and collaboration spaces, recreational areas and business support infrastructure. The company stated that these facilities have been designed to cater to a diverse range of occupiers, from project teams and consultants to support service providers and training organisations.
Its location opposite the Tata Semiconductor Fab is expected to provide proximity to one of the region’s largest industrial developments. The company indicated that the positioning could facilitate closer coordination between manufacturers, suppliers, contractors and associated stakeholders working within the semiconductor ecosystem.
Commenting on the project, Ambrish Parajiya, Managing Director of GAP Group, stated that Dholera is entering a significant phase of its development as industrial investments begin translating into operational activity. He said there is a growing requirement for supporting infrastructure that enables businesses to establish operations quickly and efficiently, and that the co-working facility has been conceived to address this need.
Parajiya further noted that the company’s broader vision extends beyond physical infrastructure development and includes supporting economic and urban growth through the creation of business ecosystems and investment-oriented developments.
The launch adds to GAP Group’s portfolio in Dholera, where the company has been active for more than a decade. As industrial and infrastructure projects continue to advance within the special investment region, demand for commercial, residential and support facilities is expected to increase alongside the growth of manufacturing and allied sectors.
The new co-working facility represents one of the early commercial infrastructure projects being positioned to serve businesses seeking operational space within Dholera’s emerging industrial corridor.
