Logistics and industrial chemicals supplier A-1 Ltd has secured fresh orders worth approximately INR 35 crore from three industrial customers, strengthening its order book and revenue visibility for the current financial year. The contracts have been awarded by Solar Industries Ltd, Mahadhan Agritech Ltd and Sai Baba Polymer Technologies, with all orders scheduled for execution during June 2026. The company said the contracts relate to the supply of acids and industrial chemicals, which form part of its core business operations. The order inflow comes from customers operating across the explosives, fertiliser and manufacturing sectors and is expected to support business activity in the coming quarters while reinforcing the company’s presence in the industrial chemicals supply segment.
A-1 Ltd has secured new supply orders worth approximately INR 35 crore from three industrial customers, providing additional revenue visibility and strengthening its order pipeline for the current financial year.
The company announced that the contracts have been awarded by Solar Industries Ltd, Mahadhan Agritech Ltd and Sai Baba Polymer Technologies. The orders relate to the supply of acids and industrial chemicals and are scheduled to be executed during June 2026.
According to the company, the largest orders comprise contracts worth around INR 12 crore each from Solar Industries Ltd and Mahadhan Agritech Ltd, while Sai Baba Polymer Technologies has placed an order valued at approximately INR 11 crore. The contracts have been received in the ordinary course of business and are expected to contribute to the company’s revenue during the current quarter.
A-1 Ltd stated that all three customers operate in key industrial sectors, including explosives, fertilisers and manufacturing. The company said the order wins demonstrate continued demand for its products and services and reinforce its position within the industrial chemicals supply chain.
Harshadkumar Patel, Managing Director of A-1 Ltd, stated that the contracts had been received from established companies across multiple industrial sectors. He indicated that the orders reflected customer confidence in the company’s product quality, supply capabilities and execution standards.
Mahadhan Agritech is a subsidiary of Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation, while Solar Industries is among the country’s major players in the explosives and defence-related segments. The company noted that securing business from such customers strengthens its relationships with established industrial groups and supports future growth opportunities.
The contracts are expected to enhance A-1 Ltd’s order book and provide greater visibility on business activity over the coming quarters. The company added that the disclosed values are indicative and may vary depending on actual quantities supplied and final commercial terms.
A-1 Ltd operates in the trading, supply and transportation of acids and industrial chemicals for customers across manufacturing, fertiliser, explosives and allied industries. The latest order wins are expected to support the company’s ongoing operations and reinforce its presence in the industrial chemicals and logistics segment.
