Develia SA has said that its joint venture has purchased a property in Warsaw for PLN 18.3 million net, strengthening its development pipeline in the Polish capital.
The company stated that the land acquired by the joint venture is intended for a residential-led development comprising around 158 housing units along with two commercial units.
