Third-party logistics provider Emiza has launched a 120,000 sq ft warehouse facility in Farrukhnagar, Haryana, aimed at supporting rising demand from the e-commerce and retail sectors across northern India. The facility, which has a pallet capacity of 15,000, 23 loading docks and the ability to process up to 800,000 orders per month, will function as a dedicated returns-processing centre for partner brands. The new warehouse is Emiza’s sixth facility in the Delhi-NCR region and expands its nationwide warehousing network to more than 11 cities across 11 states. The company said the project will enhance supply chain efficiency, strengthen last-mile delivery capabilities and generate over 500 jobs in the region.
Third-party logistics services provider Emiza has launched a new warehouse facility in Farrukhnagar, Haryana, to cater to increasing demand from the e-commerce and retail sectors in northern India. Announced on June 10, the facility is expected to strengthen the company’s fulfilment and reverse logistics capabilities while improving supply chain operations for businesses operating across the region.
The warehouse spans 120,000 sq ft and has been developed with a pallet capacity of 15,000. It includes 23 docks designed to facilitate faster loading and dispatch operations, enabling the movement of goods at a larger scale. According to the company, the facility has the capacity to process up to 800,000 orders every month.
The newly launched asset is Emiza’s sixth warehouse in the Delhi-NCR market, reinforcing the company’s presence in one of India’s largest logistics and consumption hubs. With this addition, the Mumbai-headquartered company has expanded its overall warehousing footprint to more than 60,00,000 cubic feet across over 11 cities located in 11 states.
A key feature of the Farrukhnagar facility is its role as a dedicated returns-processing centre. Emiza stated that the warehouse has been developed with integrated systems and operational capabilities to manage product returns for partner brands, an area that has become increasingly important with the continued growth of e-commerce and omnichannel retail operations.
The company indicated that the investment is intended to improve responsiveness to customer requirements while supporting more efficient supply chain management. Founder and Chief Executive Officer Ajay Rao said the facility would enable the company to respond more quickly to client demands, integrate advanced systems into its operations and support future expansion plans. He added that the investment was aimed at building a logistics ecosystem focused on efficiency and reliability across India.
Located within a major logistics corridor, the warehouse is expected to support improved order fulfilment and last-mile delivery services for businesses serving consumers across northern states. Emiza noted that the strategic location would help optimise distribution networks and reduce operational turnaround times.
The company also highlighted the economic impact of the project, stating that the facility is expected to create more than 500 employment opportunities as operations scale up. Emiza said this would further strengthen Farrukhnagar’s position as an emerging logistics and warehousing destination.
Co-founder Jitendra Kumar stated that the warehouse had been developed with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and smooth movement of goods. He said the facility’s layout, infrastructure and installed equipment were designed to support faster handling, accurate storage and timely dispatch of products, helping businesses manage growing order volumes more effectively.
