Synopsis

Tribeca Developers and Tejukaya organised an exclusive five-day New York programme for their top-performing channel partners following the complete sell-out of Tower 1 at The Edge residential project in Parel, Mumbai. Branded as the ‘Edge Elite USA Voyage 2026’, the initiative was designed to recognise channel partner contributions to the project's launch success while providing exposure to global luxury real estate, hospitality and branded residential developments. The programme included visits to major New York landmarks, luxury hospitality experiences and an exclusive visit to Trump Tower. The developers said the initiative also served as a platform to strengthen industry relationships and deepen engagement with channel partners involved in the luxury housing segment.

Tribeca Developers and Tejukaya have hosted an exclusive New York experience for their leading channel partners following the successful launch and complete sell-out of Tower 1 at The Edge residential development in Parel, Mumbai.
The five-day programme, titled ‘The Edge Elite USA Voyage 2026’, was organised to recognise the role played by channel partners in the sales success of the project. According to the developers, Tower 1 of The Edge was fully sold out at launch, marking a significant milestone for the development and contributing to what the companies described as one of the strongest residential launches in South Mumbai.
The initiative combined recognition with exposure to international benchmarks in luxury real estate, architecture, hospitality and branded residences. Tribeca and Tejukaya stated that the experience was designed to familiarise participants with global standards that have influenced the planning and positioning of The Edge project.
During the visit, channel partners participated in a series of curated activities across New York. These included a helicopter tour over Manhattan, guided visits to prominent landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, the Brooklyn Bridge and the Ground Zero memorial site. The itinerary also featured luxury dining experiences and a private dinner cruise.
One of the central elements of the programme was a visit to Trump Tower. The developers said the experience provided participants with an opportunity to understand the design, construction standards and hospitality-led approach associated with branded residential developments. Tribeca highlighted its long-standing association with the Trump brand, noting that it has developed multiple Trump-branded residential projects and remains one of the largest developers of Trump-branded residences globally.
Beyond recognising sales performance, the programme was intended to strengthen relationships with channel partners and encourage greater collaboration within the luxury residential sector. The developers said stakeholder engagement remains an important component of their strategy as competition intensifies within the premium and luxury housing segments.
Rajat Khandelwal, Group Chief Executive Officer of Tribeca Developers, said the complete sell-out of The Edge Tower 1 reflected a strong market response to the project. He stated that the New York programme was organised to acknowledge the contribution of channel partners while also providing them with exposure to international luxury living standards that are increasingly influencing homebuyer preferences in India.
Pranav Tejookaya, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Tejukaya, said the initiative was created to celebrate an important milestone for The Edge and strengthen relationships with channel partners. He added that the experience offered insights into global standards in design, hospitality and luxury residential development that continue to shape the premium housing market.
The Edge is being developed in Parel, one of Mumbai’s established residential and commercial districts, where developers continue to target demand from luxury homebuyers seeking premium lifestyle offerings and globally benchmarked residential experiences.
