Located in Girgaon, one of South Mumbai’s established residential precincts, Dhuleva 232 has been developed as a premium housing project comprising 2, 3, 4 and 5 BHK apartments. The project has been designed to cater to homebuyers seeking larger residences within the city’s traditional urban core while benefiting from proximity to transport infrastructure and commercial districts.
The development enjoys connectivity to key railway stations including Charni Road and Marine Lines, as well as the Girgaon Metro Station.
