The platform debuts with over 10,000 seats across seven facilities spanning one million sq ft in Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai. Positioned as an integrated workspace ecosystem, DK Vertex combines office infrastructure with services such as IT support, information security, payroll, hiring, analytics and business networking. The launch comes amid rapid growth in India’s flexible workspace market, which is projected to expand significantly over the next decade, driven by increasing demand from startups and technology-led enterprises seeking scalable and service-oriented work environments.
Vertex Group has launched DK Vertex, a new co-working and business enablement platform backed by an investment of INR 300 crore, marking its entry into India’s rapidly expanding flexible workspace sector.
Announced on 10 June, the platform has been designed to support startups, entrepreneurs and emerging businesses by combining workspace infrastructure with a range of integrated business services. DK Vertex begins operations with more than 10,000 built-to-suit seats spread across seven facilities covering one million sq ft in Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai.
The launch comes at a time when India’s flexible workspace market continues to witness strong growth. According to industry estimates cited by the company, the sector is expected to expand from USD 307.5 million in 2025 to USD 890.5 million by 2034, reflecting increasing demand for managed office solutions and flexible business infrastructure.
DK Vertex positions itself as a full-service workspace platform, offering access to operational and business support functions through a single digital ecosystem. These include IT services, information security, payroll management, recruitment support, analytics, account management, concierge services and a business networking marketplace.
The company said the platform has been developed to address challenges commonly faced by startups and growing businesses, which often rely on multiple vendors for operational requirements. By consolidating these services within a single ecosystem, DK Vertex aims to simplify business operations and allow companies to focus on growth and innovation.
Beyond conventional office space, the platform incorporates a range of ancillary facilities designed to support employee engagement and collaboration. These include podcast and content creation studios, advertising shoot spaces, wellness zones, recharge pods, gyms, crèches and AI-powered concierge services. Community networking programmes and business engagement events are also planned across locations.
According to Vertex Group, of the one million sq ft portfolio, approximately 700,000 sq ft has been allocated to workspace facilities, while the remaining 300,000 sq ft has been dedicated to recreational, support and community-focused infrastructure.
Gagan Arora, Founder and President of Vertex Group, said the concept emerged from the company’s own experience of scaling businesses in India. He noted that traditional workspace providers often leave companies managing multiple service providers and administrative processes, creating operational inefficiencies and limiting opportunities for collaboration.
Arora stated that DK Vertex has been designed as an AI-enabled platform where businesses can access workspace infrastructure and operational support through a single integrated solution, enabling founders and teams to focus on core business activities.
The rollout currently covers five locations in Delhi-NCR alongside flagship centres in Bengaluru and Mumbai. Seat pricing ranges between INR 6,000 and INR 18,000 per month, with amenities included within the offering.
According to the company, approximately 6,000 seats are already operational, with occupancy levels reaching around 75%. The launch reflects the growing evolution of India’s co-working sector from a space-focused model towards integrated business ecosystems that combine workplace infrastructure, operational support and community engagement under one platform.
