The proposed new Bombay High Court complex in Mumbai is set for another procedural review, with the Maharashtra government reportedly planning to cancel the existing tender and initiate a fresh bidding process for the ambitious judicial infrastructure project. Envisaged as a modern judicial campus, the new complex is intended to accommodate expanding court infrastructure and meet the growing requirements of the justice delivery system.
