The series premiered on June 5, 2026, and will release new episodes every Friday. According to the company, the podcast aims to offer audiences a closer look at the practical considerations involved in purchasing a home, with discussions ranging from customer experience and project planning to construction quality, business strategy and long-term value creation. Each episode focuses on a different stage or element of the homebuying process. Topics include evaluating property locations, identifying credible developers, assessing project features beyond marketing campaigns, understanding design and layout considerations, and making informed purchase decisions.
The podcast series begins with a conversation featuring Dr R. Kumar, Chairman of Navin’s, who discusses the vision behind the initiative and the company's approach towards engaging with homebuyers through educational content.
Subsequent episodes feature senior executives from across the organisation, offering perspectives from different functions within the business.
