iNvent has launched a new Apple Authorised Reseller (AAR) store at DLF Mid Town Plaza in Moti Nagar, strengthening its retail presence across the Delhi NCR market amid growing demand for premium technology products in emerging urban residential corridors.

Located on the ground floor of the mixed-use development, the new outlet spans approximately 900 sq. ft. and is positioned to cater to the rapidly evolving residential and commercial catchment in West Delhi.

According to the company, the expansion marks a return to a location where the brand had an operational presence nearly a decade ago. iNvent stated that the decision to re-enter the Moti Nagar market was influenced by the area’s transformation into a growing premium residential and commercial hub supported by new developments and improving consumer demand.

The company noted that areas surrounding Moti Nagar have witnessed increased residential and commercial activity in recent years, particularly with projects such as DLF Midtown contributing to the emergence of a higher-income urban consumer base comprising professionals, entrepreneurs and business families.

Swarn Bajaj stated that the company viewed the launch as part of its strategy to strengthen accessibility to premium technology retail experiences in rapidly developing urban neighbourhoods. He added that the company aimed to create retail spaces where consumers could engage with Apple products through guided assistance rather than purely transactional sales environments.

The store offers Apple products including iPhones, MacBooks, iPads, Apple Watches, AirPods and related accessories. The company stated that the outlet will also provide hands-on demonstrations, purchase guidance from Apple-trained staff, assistance with device setup and data transfer, as well as financing and affordability options including cashback schemes and no-cost EMI plans.

Industry participants have observed continued expansion of organised premium electronics retail across major Indian cities, particularly in mixed-use developments and residential-commercial clusters with rising disposable incomes and increasing technology adoption.

The launch also reflects broader retail real estate trends where premium technology brands and authorised retailers are increasingly targeting neighbourhood-centric commercial developments rather than relying solely on destination malls or central business districts.

iNvent stated that the new store forms part of its larger strategy to strengthen on-ground retail presence while improving customer engagement through experiential retail formats as the Apple ecosystem continues to expand in India.
