Synopsis

Godrej Properties has awarded construction contracts worth around INR 1,100 crore to Tata Projects for three luxury housing projects located on Golf Course Road in Gurugram. The partnership covers core and shell construction work for Godrej Sora, Godrej Astra and Godrej Samaris. The move comes as developers continue to accelerate premium housing launches in key urban markets amid sustained demand for luxury homes. Godrej Properties has been expanding its residential portfolio across major cities including Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Delhi-NCR, Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

Godrej Properties has awarded construction contracts valued at nearly INR 1,100 crore to Tata Projects for three upcoming luxury residential developments on Golf Course Road in Gurugram.


The company said in a regulatory filing during the past week that it has entered into a partnership with Tata Projects for the execution of construction work at its projects Godrej Sora, Godrej Astra and Godrej Samaris. The contracts cover core and shell construction activities across the three developments.

The partnership comes at a time when large real estate developers are increasingly tying up with established engineering and construction firms to ensure faster execution and timely delivery of premium housing projects. Developers in the Delhi-NCR market have also been witnessing strong demand in the luxury and upper-mid income housing segments over the last few years.

Golf Course Road in Gurugram continues to remain one of the most active luxury housing corridors in the NCR region, attracting several high-value residential launches because of its connectivity, office presence and social infrastructure. Godrej Properties has been steadily expanding its presence in the Gurugram market through premium and luxury residential projects.

In recent quarters, the company has focused on scaling up launches in key cities including the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Delhi-NCR, Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The developer remains among the major listed real estate companies in India with a strong pipeline of residential projects across multiple metropolitan markets.
