TCS and Siemens Energy expand collaboration in AI and digital infrastructure

Synopsis

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered into initial agreements with Siemens Energy AG and Siemens Energy India to strengthen cooperation in IT services, industrial artificial intelligence, data centres, and emerging technology areas. The collaboration focuses on accelerating AI-driven transformation in industrial systems while also supporting the development of sustainable and resilient digital infrastructure. Siemens Energy India will also contribute to TCS’s HyperVault initiative, aimed at meeting rising energy requirements of AI-enabled data centres in India. The partnership brings together engineering capabilities and digital expertise to address evolving infrastructure demands.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has signed initial agreements with Siemens Energy AG and Siemens Energy India to expand collaboration in IT services, industrial AI solutions, data centre development, and other advanced technology segments.


The partnership with Siemens Energy AG is aimed at speeding up AI-led transformation in industrial operations while also supporting the creation of more sustainable and resilient digital infrastructure systems. Both companies intend to combine their strengths to improve efficiency and scalability in digital ecosystems that are becoming increasingly dependent on artificial intelligence and data-driven processes.

As part of the arrangement, Siemens Energy India Ltd will assist TCS’s HyperVault business, which is focused on addressing the rising and complex energy requirements of AI-enabled data centres in India. This is seen as a key area of focus as demand for high-performance computing infrastructure continues to grow across industries.

Christian Bruch, President and CEO of Siemens Energy AG, stated that the collaboration with TCS enables the company to translate innovation in digital infrastructure into solutions that can be scaled effectively across markets.

K Krithivasan, Managing Director and CEO of TCS, conveyed that the partnership brings together Siemens Energy’s domain expertise and TCS’s capabilities in artificial intelligence, data systems, and engineering to strengthen solutions for evolving industrial and digital needs.
