Brigade Group has been steadily scaling its flexible workspace segment, particularly in major technology hubs such as Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai, as companies increasingly prefer plug-and-play workspaces.

BuzzWorks operates as Brigade Group's flexible office platform, offering managed offices and co-working spaces designed for enterprise clients, startups and multinational firms. The model allows companies to move into fully serviced office spaces without the need for long-term infrastructure investment.
The Hyderabad leasing deal adds to BuzzWorks expanding presence in the city, which has emerged as one of India's most active office markets due to strong demand from IT companies and Global Capability Centres. Hyderabad's HITEC City and surrounding business districts have attracted several multinational firms seeking modern office infrastructure and flexible workspace solutions.
Brigade Group entered the flexible workspace segment with BuzzWorks in 2019 as part of its strategy to create recurring income from commercial real estate. The platform currently operates managed office spaces across several South Indian cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram. These centres typically provide fully equipped offices, meeting rooms, collaborative work areas and facility management services for occupiers.
The company has been gradually expanding its flexible workspace footprint in Hyderabad as well. BuzzWorks established its first facility in the city at Auro Orbit in HITEC City and later expanded with additional centres in the technology corridor. These workspaces are designed with enterprise-grade infrastructure and flexible leasing models to support companies setting up satellite offices or expanding teams in India's technology hubs.
