Real estate developer MAIA Estates has secured funding of INR 120 crore from Arnya to support the development of a new housing project in South Bengaluru. The project, named The Seven, is being planned at Basavanagudi and will span approximately 6 lakh sq ft.
Construction for The Seven is scheduled to begin in early 2026, with the company targeting completion by 2029. The firm emphasized that the funds raised from Arnya will be used to advance the project's development and infrastructure.
MAIA Estates, founded in 2016 and based in Bengaluru, currently has around 11 million sq ft under various stages of planning and construction across the city. Over the years, the company has built a presence in both residential and commercial real estate, steadily expanding its portfolio.
The partnership with Arnya marks a significant step in MAIA Estates' strategy to execute large-scale housing projects in prime Bengaluru localities. Analysts note that Basavanagudi remains a sought-after area for residential development due to its central location and established neighborhood infrastructure.
