Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Mohan Yadav recently inaugurated and laid the foundation for development projects exceeding INR 162 crore in Rewa district's Tyonthar constituency. These initiatives include the establishment of a new 400-acre industrial hub, expansion of the local Civil Hospital, construction of a new Industrial Training Institute (ITI), and development of a river corridor along the Tamas River. Additionally, a INR 125 crore compressed biogas plant by IOCGPS Renewable Pvt Ltd was inaugurated, aimed at purchasing crop residue from farmers to generate additional income and ensure cleaner fields. The CM also highlighted the region's growing role as an energy hub, noting achievements in thermal, solar, and renewable energy sectors.

A key announcement was the establishment of a new 400-acre industrial area in Tyonthar. This development is aimed at attracting industrial investment and creating local employment opportunities, reducing the need for youth and women to migrate for work. The CM emphasized the government's commitment to fostering industrial growth and ensuring that benefits reach the local population.
In healthcare, the CM announced the upgradation of the local Civil Hospital from 50 to 100 beds to improve medical facilities. Plans were also revealed for constructing a new Industrial Training Institute (ITI) to provide skill development opportunities for the youth.
Environmental and infrastructural improvements were also addressed. A river corridor along the Tamas River is planned to enhance ecological balance and promote sustainable tourism. The CM performed the 'Bhoomi Poojan' for a INR 125 crore compressed biogas plant by IOCGPS Renewable Pvt Ltd, which will purchase crop residue from farmers to generate additional income and maintain cleaner fields.
The CM also inaugurated and laid the foundation for various road and bridge projects, including the 'Chillawala' bridge, aimed at improving connectivity. Land allotment letters were distributed to three industrialists for setting up new industries, further promoting industrial development.
To support citizens, the CM announced INR 4 lakh financial assistance to the family of Jeena Verma, who died in a road accident in Rewa. This reflects the government's commitment to welfare and citizen support.
