Supported by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, IHIF Asia will attract HNWIs, hotel brands, developers, and global investors-positioning Hong Kong as a key hub for global hospitality exchange.
The International Hospitality Investment Forum (IHIF) Asia, organised by Questex, is gearing up for its second annual edition, which is scheduled to be held at Regent Hong Kong over three days in mid-September. The upcoming event is set to feature a dynamic range of speakers and curated sessions, all unified under the theme "Beyond Borders: Markets, Capital, Growth." This focus aims to reflect the rising tide of cross-border investments and the evolving capital flows reshaping the hospitality sector in the Asia-Pacific region.
Delegates attending the event will be immersed in Hong Kong's distinctive cultural offerings as IHIF Asia integrates authentic networking experiences with business-focused discussions. Attendees can look forward to activities such as a traditional Lion Dance, Tai Chi classes, a scenic Harbour Cruise, and an exclusive visit to the Hong Kong Jockey Club for horse racing. These elements are curated to complement high-level hospitality discourse with memorable regional experiences.
A special welcome message will also be displayed at the Hong Kong International Airport over two days as part of the city's effort to greet global participants. The initiative is being supported by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, which has aligned itself with IHIF Asia to promote the city's hospitality ecosystem on an international stage.
Questex Asia Vice President, IB Saravanan, mentioned that the platform aims to fuse international investment perspectives with cultural authenticity, and noted that the Tourism Board's support adds value to the immersive aspect of the gathering.
IHIF Asia is expected to draw a significant crowd of industry stalwarts including high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, sovereign wealth funds, global hotel brands, private equity firms, leading developers and innovative operators. It seeks to serve as a central meeting point for those driving the next phase of growth in hospitality across Asia.
While media registration and sponsorship queries are being handled via dedicated Questex contacts, attendees are encouraged to stay updated via platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram.
Questex, the organiser behind the forum, is known for its role in fostering connections across sectors that promote better living spanning hospitality, wellness, life sciences, and technology through a synergy of live events, data insights, and digital communities.
By blending strategic discussions with experiential engagement, Questex is creating an event model that resonates with the dynamic nature of modern hospitality. The event's emphasis on cross-border investment underlines the region's growing influence in the global hotel sector, while also reinforcing Hong Kong's appeal as a nexus for international hospitality dialogue.
