The Visakhapatnam Metro Rail project is advancing as the state government, led by Minister P. Narayana, has forwarded its master plan to the central government for approval. The Karnataka government's initiative to require Aadhaar, passport, or PAN card for property registration has been well-received, with around 60% of registrations processed through Aadhaar verification in the past month. Ahmedabad's Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, which serves over 35,000 passengers daily, is set to gain direct connectivity to the city's metro network.
