YEIDA launches 206-acre tech hub near Noida International Airport, aims to boost electronics manufacturing

YEIDA has initiated plans to develop a INR 450 crore tech-hub across 206 acres in Sector-10, near Noida International Airport. Backed by INR 144 crore from the Centre under the EMC 2.0 scheme and INR 340 crore from YEIDA, the hub is set to be completed by January 31, 2028. Havells, the anchor-unit, will invest INR 800 crore on a 50-acre plot to manufacture electrical-goods, creating 1,000 jobs in its first-phase. The project is expected to generate 31,000 jobs in total. The remaining land will host 66 industrial-plots, with 39 acres reserved for roads, green-belts, and infrastructure.Read more
