The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is set to open a large part of the 43 km Gurgaon-Pataudi-Rewari highway by mid February, offering a smoother route for commuters and freight traffic. While most of the main carriageway is complete, key structures such as the railway overbridge near Pahari village and a flyover at Dwarka Expressway junction will open later due to delays in approvals and utility shifting. ArcelorMittal has announced plans to invest about USD 900 million (approximately INR 8,145 crore) in three renewable energy projects in India with a combined nominal capacity of 1 gigawatt (GW) of solar, wind and battery storage. Titagarh Rail Systems has won an INR 273.24 crore contract from Indian Railways for 62 Rail Borne Maintenance Vehicles (RBMVs), covering design, manufacturing, supply, testing, commissioning, and full lifecycle maintenance. Seatrium and Maersk have resolved a USD 475 million contract dispute over an offshore wind vessel meant for a U.S. project. Maersk had terminated the contract in October due to construction delays, leaving payment details uncertain. The Lucknow Development Authority has launched online registration for 637 residential plots under the third phase of its Anantnagar housing scheme. Registration, open until early January, will be done through a lottery system, ensuring transparent allotment. The purchase was executed via Prazim Trading and Investment Company, which bought over 5 crore units at an average price of INR 149.06 per unit on the NSE. Vidyaniti LLP sold the same number of units at the same price. NHIT units closed slightly higher after the deal.
