Developed in collaboration with One Rupee Clinic by Magicdil Health for All, the project aims to provide accessible healthcare, including consultations for INR 1 and diagnostic tests for INR 10. Clinics will be set up in various MHADA colonies, benefitting both residents and the general public.

Reliance Industries has begun its INR 65,000 crore investment in compressed bio-gas (CBG) hubs in Andhra Pradesh, laying the foundation for a INR 139 crore CBG plant in Kanigiri. Spanning 475 acres, the plant will produce 100 tonnes of CBG and support rural livelihoods. The initiative aims to develop 500 of such plants, generating 4 million tonnes of CBG and 1.1 million metric tonnes of organic fertiliser annually, transforming barren land into fertile farmland.
Macrotech Developers accused House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) of forging board resolutions to misuse its brand. It alleged HoABL falsified documents, including an independent director’s signature and PAN details, to rename firms under ‘Lodha’. HoABL denied allegations, calling them baseless. Macrotech previously sued HoABL for INR 5,000 crore over the unauthorised use of the 'Lodha' brand.

The NCLT has approved Supreme Infrastructure India’s debt resolution plan, addressing liabilities of INR 2,200 crore. Financial creditors will receive INR 464 crore, with INR 183.29 crore from asset monetisation, INR 147.23 crore from equity infusion, and INR 133.48 crore from pledged asset sales. Creditors will exit with no further exposure.

The Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) has announced a 2% increase in property tax for new residential and commercial properties, effective from 1 April 2025. Industrial properties established in the new financial year will face a steeper 50% tax hike. Additionally, land development charges for approving layouts have nearly tripled, rising from Rs 105 per sqmt to Rs 335 per sqmt. This marks the first property tax hike in Nashik since 2018. NMC officials clarified that the increase applies only to new properties registered after April 1.
The Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) collected INR 240 crore in property tax for FY 2024-25, reaching 80% of its INR 300 crore target. Errors in property IDs and the absence of a rebate scheme contributed to the shortfall. MCG retained its INR 300 crore target for FY 2025-26.
