The Bombay High Court has directed a builder to deposit around INR 41 lakh towards the cost of demolishing unauthorised portions in two buildings in Nagpur. The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation has collected over INR 81 crore from more than 15,000 property tax defaulters under its ongoing amnesty scheme, with only a few days remaining before the deadline.
