Gulshan Group has announced an investment of INR 1,000 crore to develop a Taj-branded luxury hotel and residential project in Sector 129 along the Noida Expressway. The development, to be managed by the Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), will comprise a 150-key hotel, 74 serviced apartments, and a penthouse. The project, currently under construction, is expected to be completed within five years. The civil aviation ministry has directed airlines to ensure that at least 60 per cent of seats on domestic flights are available without additional charges, aiming to improve fairness and accessibility for passengers. IndiGo has teamed up with Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) to allow members of its BlueChip loyalty programme to earn rewards while shopping duty-free at AAHL-operated airports. Under the collaboration, travellers earn five BlueChips for every INR 100 spent on pre-booked duty-free products through the Adani platform. Customers can browse, reserve, and pay for items online before their flight and collect them conveniently at the airport.
