Puravankara Limited has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for an 11.23-acre land parcel at Doddagubbi in North Bengaluru, where it plans to develop a residential apartment project with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of INR 1,100 crore. The development will comprise approximately 0.74 million sq ft of saleable area and forms part of the company’s ongoing expansion strategy in key urban micro-markets. • The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) reported a 4.2% year-on-year increase in the All India House Price Index (HPI) for the January–March quarter of FY26.
