Mumbai has launched the Mumbai Transport Stack, a digital platform designed to connect all modes of transport, including metro, bus, and rail, under one integrated system. Developed by MMRDA in partnership with JICA and supported by JICA Dx Lab, the platform follows the principles of open-source design, privacy, security, and future scalability. It will enable real-time tracking, trip planning, end-to-end ticket booking, and access to parking information, while also providing open APIs for startups and innovators. The Delhi government has approved an INR 802.18 crore plan to redevelop nearly 400 km of roads across 45 Assembly constituencies.
