Synopsis

Ashiana Housing reported a marginal rise in consolidated net profit for the March quarter, supported by higher income and strong growth in sales bookings. The company’s total income increased significantly during the quarter as demand for residential projects remained firm across key markets. For the full FY26 financial year, the developer posted a sharp jump in profit and revenue compared to the previous year. Ashiana Housing also recorded its highest-ever annual pre-sales, reflecting sustained homebuyer demand across its senior living and residential housing projects in markets such as Delhi-NCR, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Jharkhand.

Ashiana Housing reported a nearly flat consolidated net profit of INR 20.98 crore for the quarter ended March 2026, compared to INR 20.34 crore recorded during the corresponding period last year.

The company’s total income rose to INR 335.18 crore in the January-March quarter of FY26 from INR 229.48 crore in the year-ago period, according to a regulatory filing released during the past week. The increase in income came amid improved residential sales and continued demand across its project portfolio.

For the full FY26 financial year, Ashiana Housing posted a sharp rise in consolidated net profit to INR 117.89 crore, against INR 18.24 crore in FY25. Its total income also more than doubled to INR 1,187.47 crore from INR 557.45 crore in the previous financial year.

The developer also reported strong growth in sales bookings during the fourth quarter of FY26. Sales bookings more than doubled to INR 1,289.70 crore compared to INR 574.73 crore in the same period a year earlier. The company attributed the growth to better housing demand and improved traction across ongoing residential projects.

Ashiana Housing further achieved record pre-sales of INR 2,421.47 crore during FY26, up from INR 1,936.75 crore in the previous financial year. The company has been focusing on expanding its residential and senior living portfolio in key urban markets where demand for organised housing projects has remained steady.

In recent years, the company has continued to strengthen its presence in senior living housing, a segment that has seen increasing interest from ageing urban homebuyers looking for community-based residential developments with healthcare and lifestyle amenities. Alongside senior housing, Ashiana Housing also develops regular group housing projects across multiple cities.

The Delhi-based developer currently has a presence across Delhi-NCR, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Jharkhand, with projects spread across both mid-income and senior residential categories.
