The Mandate House has recorded sales of more than INR 100 crore for Stans Arize, a residential project developed by Stans Buildtech in Jogeshwari East, Mumbai, within one week of its launch earlier this month.
According to the company, a total of 111 residential units were sold during the launch phase under an exclusive sales and marketing mandate handled by The Mandate House. The company stated that it managed the project’s end-to-end launch strategy, including sales execution and market positioning.
Located at Janata Colony, Gandhi Nagar in Jogeshwari East, Stans Arize is a 23-storey residential tower comprising 1 and 2 BHK apartments. The development includes five high-speed elevators, a dedicated tower parking facility and a range of lifestyle amenities targeted at urban homebuyers in Mumbai’s western suburbs.
Nihar Jayesh Thakkar stated that the launch response reflected sustained residential demand in strategically connected western suburban micro-markets of Mumbai. He added that homebuyers were increasingly prioritising accessibility, convenience, lifestyle infrastructure and long-term value while evaluating residential projects.
He further stated that achieving over INR 100 crore in sales within the first week of launch highlighted the effectiveness of the company’s sales strategy and market execution capabilities. According to him, the project’s location and connectivity contributed significantly to buyer interest during the launch phase.
The project is located within close proximity to key transport infrastructure, including the Western Express Highway, Jogeshwari East Metro Station, Mogra Metro Station and Jogeshwari Railway Station. The developer stated that the project benefits from access to both road and metro connectivity within Mumbai’s western suburban corridor.
Residents will also have access to nearby educational institutions, healthcare facilities and retail destinations including St. Mary’s High School, Infant Jesus High School, Seven Hills Hospital and Holy Spirit Hospital. Retail and leisure destinations in the surrounding area include Hub Mall, Infiniti Mall and Oberoi Mall.
The project also includes amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness centre, jogging track, yoga and meditation areas, cabana seating and landscaped green spaces intended to support community-oriented living.
Established in 1998, Stans Buildtech stated that it has delivered more than 45 residential projects spanning over 22 lakh sq. ft. across Mumbai and has served over 2,500 families. The developer currently has 13 ongoing projects and four upcoming developments in its portfolio.
Industry participants stated that the launch performance reflects continued end-user demand for residential projects in well-connected suburban markets of Mumbai despite rising property values across several established micro-markets.
