NeoLiv has announced sales of INR 1,251 crore for its luxury plotted township project, NeoLiv Golf One, in Faridabad, with the developer stating that the complete launch inventory was sold out within six hours of opening bookings earlier this week.
Located across approximately 47 acres in Sectors 98 and 99A, Faridabad, the project comprises premium residential plots ranging from 181 sq. yds to 388 sq. yds. The development has been planned around a golf-themed layout, with landscaped golf greens forming the central design element of the township.
According to the company, the project achieved a pricing benchmark of approximately INR 2 lakh per sq. yd, translating to around INR 2,37,436 per sq. metre, which NeoLiv described as a record level for the Faridabad micro-market. The launch reportedly drew demand from high-net-worth individuals, domestic investors and non-resident Indian buyers.
The company stated that NeoLiv Golf One was conceived as a golf-led plotted township where the residential layout had been designed around the golf landscape itself rather than treating it as an ancillary amenity. NeoLiv added that the project formed part of its broader strategy of developing differentiated residential communities targeted at premium buyers in emerging NCR growth corridors.
Mohit Malhotra stated that the response to the launch reflected buyer confidence in differentiated plotted developments and reinforced the company’s focus on design-led residential products. He added that the scale of sales achieved within a short period validated the developer’s long-term approach towards creating category-specific projects in high-growth urban markets.
The project launch comes amid increasing residential activity across Faridabad, supported by infrastructure upgrades and improving regional connectivity. The operational Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor has contributed to renewed developer interest in the city, while demand for plotted developments has increased in several NCR peripheral markets over the past year.
The company noted that Faridabad has also witnessed expansion in social infrastructure, including healthcare and educational facilities. Institutions such as Amrita Hospital have added to the city’s infrastructure profile, alongside the growth of educational campuses and commercial developments.
NeoLiv had earlier recorded a complete sell-out of launch inventory for its NeoLiv Grand Park project in Sonipat within five hours during the previous year, indicating continued investor and end-user interest in plotted residential products across the NCR region.
Founded by Mohit Malhotra, former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Godrej Properties, NeoLiv operates as a fund-led development platform in partnership with 360 ONE. The company stated that its leadership team has collectively delivered more than 100 real estate projects across India spanning residential and mixed-use developments.
