Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has reported a sharp increase in its consolidated net profit, which rose nearly 10 times to INR 250.1 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. In the same quarter of the previous year, the company had posted a net profit of INR 25 crore. The growth was mainly supported by higher income during the period.
The company’s total income also saw a strong rise, more than doubling to INR 4,143.5 crore during the January–March quarter of FY2025–26, compared with INR 1,589.3 crore in the same period of the previous year, as per its regulatory filing submitted recently.
For the full financial year, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd recorded a more than two-fold increase in net profit to INR 1,195.5 crore, compared with INR 467.5 crore in the previous year. Total income for the year also rose to INR 13,195.5 crore from INR 7,735.5 crore in FY2024–25.
The Bengaluru-based real estate developer, which has a strong presence in residential, commercial, retail and hospitality segments, has seen consistent growth in its financial performance over the years, supported by steady project execution and demand in key urban markets.
