Casagrand has launched a new residential project, Casagrand Moondance, near Mysore Road in Bengaluru, focusing on spacious low-rise living and larger community spaces. Spread across 8.6 acres, the project will have 504 units in 2 and 3 BHK configurations built across B+G+4 structures. The development includes over 71,500 sq. ft. of themed courtyards, nearly 4.5 acres of open space and more than 65 lifestyle amenities. Located around 15 minutes from RR Nagar, the project is expected to benefit from Metro and NICE Road connectivity while catering to homebuyers looking for less congested residential environments in West Bengaluru.
Casagrand has announced the launch of Casagrand Moondance, a premium low-rise residential community located off Mysore Road in Bengaluru. The project has been positioned around the idea of providing larger living spaces and reducing the challenges associated with high-density urban housing developments in the city.
Spread across 8.6 acres, the residential community will comprise 504 apartments in 2 and 3 BHK configurations. The homes are planned across B+G+4 low-rise structures, with the developer focusing on open layouts, ventilation, natural light and improved privacy for residents. The company said the project has been designed under its #NoMoreSwalpaAdjustMaadi campaign philosophy, highlighting the growing demand among Bengaluru homebuyers for larger community spaces and less congested living environments.
A major portion of the development has been allocated to open and landscaped spaces. The project includes three central thematic courtyards covering nearly 71,500 sq. ft., or around 1.64 acres, along with close to 4.5 acres of greenery and open areas. The layout has also been planned with dedicated outdoor spaces and community-focused infrastructure for children, senior citizens and families.
The project will include more than 65 indoor and outdoor amenities. These include a 20,300 sq. ft. multi-storeyed clubhouse designed with open terrace spaces, along with a 7,800 sq. ft. swimming pool. Recreational zones, wellness and fitness facilities, landscaped gardens and social interaction spaces have also been integrated into the project plan.
Located around 15 minutes from Rajarajeshwari Nagar, the development is expected to benefit from connectivity through the Metro network and NICE Road. The location also provides access to Kengeri, Global Village Tech Park and industrial and IT hubs across West Bengaluru. Social infrastructure such as schools, healthcare facilities, retail centres and entertainment hubs are also present in the surrounding areas.
The launch comes at a time when residential activity continues to expand across western Bengaluru micro-markets, supported by infrastructure upgrades and metro connectivity. Areas near Mysore Road and Kumbalgodu have witnessed growing interest from developers and homebuyers due to comparatively lower density and improving connectivity to established employment hubs.
The project has been registered under Karnataka RERA with registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/200526/008667.
Casagrand, headquartered in Chennai, has an established presence across southern Indian housing markets including Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Coimbatore, apart from projects in Pune and Dubai. According to company information, it has delivered over 100 residential projects and currently has multiple ongoing and upcoming developments across different housing segments.
