Synopsis

• Inkers Technology has launched Kael, an AI-native construction intelligence platform aimed at improving project planning, monitoring and execution across the construction and real estate sectors.
• The platform combines predictive intelligence, operational analytics and consulting capabilities to help project teams identify risks, assess financial impact and reduce delays and cost overruns.
• Kael works alongside Observance, the company’s operational intelligence solution that uses computer vision, LiDAR and real-time analytics to create digital twins of construction sites.
• The company said the platform continuously analyses project data across schedules, drawings, reports and communication channels to deliver real-time decision support to project stakeholders.
• Inkers Technology stated that early deployments of the platform have helped project managers save up to three to four hours daily through automated reporting and real-time risk identification.

Inkers Technology has launched Kael, an AI-native construction intelligence platform designed to support construction and real estate project execution through predictive analytics, operational intelligence and real-time monitoring. The platform was announced in New Delhi in the past week as the company expanded its technology offerings for infrastructure and real estate project management.

The company stated that Kael has been developed to address inefficiencies arising from fragmented project data and reactive decision-making across construction workflows. According to Inkers Technology, construction projects generate large volumes of information across schedules, drawings, site reports and communication channels, but much of this data remains disconnected, limiting timely operational decision-making.

Argenio Antao, Chief Business Officer at Inkers Technology, said the construction industry globally continues to face a significant productivity gap despite the availability of large-scale project data. He stated that Kael consolidates fragmented information into a unified intelligence layer capable of generating real-time operational insights for project teams and leadership.

The company said the platform functions as an AI-led orchestration engine rather than a conventional project management software system. Kael continuously scans project workflows, analyses data points and identifies emerging risks before routing actionable insights to relevant stakeholders. According to the company, this enables project managers to shift from manual reporting processes towards intelligence-led decision-making and faster issue resolution.

Kael has been integrated with Observance, the company’s operational intelligence solution that combines computer vision, LiDAR technology and real-time analytics to create live digital twins of construction sites. Inkers Technology said the integration is intended to improve visibility between on-site construction activities and executive-level project oversight by providing real-time operational tracking and predictive project intelligence.

Rohan, Chief Technology Officer at Inkers Technology, stated that the platform had been designed to move beyond conventional dashboard-based reporting systems by enabling AI-driven contextual analysis and predictive project management. He said the platform is capable of understanding project context, predicting potential outcomes and directing operational responses before risks escalate into delays or cost overruns.

According to the company, early deployments of Kael have shown measurable operational impact across project teams. Inkers Technology stated that automated reporting and real-time insight generation have helped project managers recover up to three to four working hours daily, while also improving visibility into project health and execution progress.

The company said the launch comes at a time when India is witnessing continued infrastructure and real estate expansion, with increasing capital deployment across sectors. Inkers Technology stated that the platform is intended to improve predictability, execution control and operational transparency in large-scale project delivery environments.
