Synopsis

The Noida Authority has launched a large-scale plot allotment scheme comprising industrial, institutional, commercial, hospital, hotel and corporate office land parcels across multiple sectors in Noida. The scheme includes a 29,408 sq m commercial plot carrying a reserve price of INR 758 crore, making it the highest-valued parcel under the current offering. Authorities stated that the plots will be allotted through e-auction and interview-based processes beginning this month. The launch comes amid rising investor interest linked to infrastructure expansion and the upcoming operationalisation of the Noida International Airport. The scheme also includes hotel, healthcare and educational institution plots across sectors including 18, 19, 42, 71, 93-B, 94, 96, 117, 124, 142, 145 and 153.

The Noida Authority has launched a fresh land allotment scheme offering 35 plots across industrial, institutional, commercial, healthcare, hospitality and corporate office categories, including a commercial land parcel with a reserve price of INR 758 crore in central Noida.

According to reports published by multiple media organisations citing authority officials and scheme documents, the highest-valued plot measures approximately 29,408 sq m and falls under the commercial builder category. The parcel forms part of a broader auction programme linked to the authority’s FY2026-27 land monetisation and urban development strategy.

The scheme includes plots across sectors such as 18, 19, 42, 71, 93-B, 94, 96, 117, 124, 142, 145 and 153. Besides commercial land, the authority has also offered plots earmarked for hospitals, schools, nursing homes, hotels and corporate office development.

Reports stated that another commercial parcel measuring 37,058 sq m in Sector 93-B has been priced at around INR 547 crore, while a 23,454 sq m commercial plot in Sector 96 carries a reserve price of approximately INR 401 crore. Smaller commercial plots have also been introduced in sectors including 18 and 94.

Under the institutional category, the authority has proposed plots for educational and healthcare facilities, including school plots in Sectors 19 and 42 and hospital plots in Sectors 117 and 145. Hotel plots have also been offered in Sectors 71, 124 and 142.

Media reports indicated that the allotment process will be conducted through e-auction and interview mechanisms depending on plot category and land use norms prescribed by the authority. Applications and bid submissions are scheduled to commence this month.

The launch comes amid increased land demand across Noida and Greater Noida following infrastructure expansion in the National Capital Region and progress on the Noida International Airport project at Jewar. Market activity across the region has accelerated in recent quarters alongside industrial corridor development, expressway connectivity and logistics expansion.
