Swedish Logistic Property AB has entered into a lease agreement for approximately 1,400 square metres of logistics space in Helsingborg. The agreement has been signed for a duration of seven years, indicating long-term occupancy visibility for the asset.
The company stated that the lease carries an annual rental value of around SEK 1.3 million. The property is part of its logistics portfolio, which primarily focuses on strategically located assets across Sweden’s key distribution corridors.
Helsingborg has remained an important logistics location due to its connectivity to major transport routes and proximity to ports. Demand for mid-sized logistics spaces in such regions has been steady, supported by growth in e-commerce and supply chain restructuring in the Nordic market.
