Casagrand has launched its largest residential project in Hyderabad, a 35-acre villa development named Casagrand Vybe in Rajendra Nagar, marking its fifth project rollout in the city during 2026. The project forms part of the developer’s expansion strategy, adding 3.98 million sq ft to its Hyderabad portfolio. Comprising 362 five-bedroom villas, the project is positioned as a low-density development with 71% open space and pricing starting from INR 3.2 crore. The launch follows a series of residential developments undertaken by the company since its entry into the Hyderabad market in 2023. With multiple ongoing and completed projects across key micro-markets, the developer is scaling its presence amid sustained housing demand driven by infrastructure growth and employment expansion in the city.

Casagrand has launched a 35-acre residential project, Casagrand Vybe, in Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad, marking its largest development in the city to date and its fifth project rollout during 2026, as part of a broader expansion strategy that will add approximately 3.98 million sq ft to its local portfolio. The launch was announced earlier in the past week, reflecting the developer’s continued scale-up in the Hyderabad residential market.


The project is being developed as a low-density villa community comprising 362 five-bedroom units, translating to around 10 villas per acre. According to the developer, over 25 acres of the site has been allocated to open spaces, accounting for approximately 71% of the total land area. Individual units are designed with private garden spaces of about 650 sq ft and larger internal layouts, including 21-foot-wide bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes, in line with demand for larger-format housing.

Casagrand Vybe includes a range of shared amenities, with a 40,000 sq ft clubhouse and a rooftop swimming pool spanning approximately 3,600 sq ft forming part of the project’s infrastructure. The development also incorporates an on-site educational facility under the Casagrand International School brand, positioning the project as a self-contained residential ecosystem.

Located in Rajendra Nagar, the project benefits from proximity to key infrastructure, including access to the PV Narasimha Rao Expressway within approximately five minutes. The site is situated around 15 to 20 minutes from the airport and 30 to 35 minutes from major urban centres in Hyderabad, providing connectivity to employment hubs and city infrastructure. The project has been registered under Telangana RERA with registration number P02400010759.

Casagrand entered the Hyderabad market in 2023 and has since expanded its presence through multiple residential developments. In 2025, the company launched four projects—Casagrand Evon, Casagrand Windsor Court, Casagrand Belair and Casagrand GS Infinity—together accounting for 2.74 million sq ft of development. The company has also undertaken projects such as Casagrand Mandarin in Miyapur, Casagrand Crestwood and Casagrand Monaco Villa in Medchal, along with Casagrand Hennessey in Kompally, which has recorded market traction.

The developer currently has more than 10 ongoing projects across Hyderabad, indicating continued expansion across multiple micro-markets. The company stated that its growth strategy is aligned with demand patterns in the city, which has seen sustained residential absorption driven by IT and ITeS sector growth, infrastructure development and improved connectivity.

Hyderabad has emerged as a key market for residential developers due to its combination of relatively moderate pricing, availability of land parcels and infrastructure-led growth corridors. Casagrand’s expansion reflects broader developer interest in scaling operations in the city, particularly in emerging residential locations such as Rajendra Nagar.

The launch of Casagrand Vybe adds to the pipeline of large-scale villa developments in Hyderabad, contributing to the diversification of the city’s residential supply across formats and price segments.
