AFC Furniture Solutions has expanded its role from a modular furniture manufacturer to an integrated workspace solutions provider, delivering large-scale projects across India and overseas markets. The company has executed major assignments, including a 10.5 lakh sq ft campus for TCS in Hyderabad and furnishing works at Noida International Airport, Jewar. With a 4 lakh sq ft manufacturing facility in Greater Noida and an annual capacity of 4.5 lakh units, AFC has reported 3.7x growth with over 20% CAGR. It is now planning an INR 50 crore investment to expand into tier-2 and tier-3 cities while strengthening its enterprise-focused and sustainability-driven operations.
AFC Furniture Solutions, led by its founder Maanoj Tomar, has expanded its operations across India’s commercial real estate sector in the past few years, transitioning from a modular furniture manufacturer into a full-service workspace solutions provider. The company has undertaken large-scale corporate and infrastructure projects across multiple cities, aligning with growing demand for ergonomically designed, scalable workplace environments.
The company’s recent project portfolio includes the delivery of furniture systems for a 10.5 lakh sq ft campus developed for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Hyderabad. The assignment required coordinated execution across design planning, ergonomics, and large-scale installation to meet global corporate standards. AFC has also been involved in furnishing key sections of the Noida International Airport at Jewar, contributing to operational and terminal areas under compliance-driven conditions linked to the airport’s net-zero framework.
Beyond individual projects, AFC has expanded its client base across sectors including IT, BFSI, consulting, healthcare, and education. In the past year, the company supplied workspace solutions to firms such as Infosys, PwC, and Trilegal. Its operations have also extended beyond India, with projects executed in markets including the Maldives, Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The company’s manufacturing operations are centred at its Greater Noida facility, which spans approximately 4 lakh sq ft. The unit integrates automated production systems, dedicated lines for chairs and soft seating, and in-house testing infrastructure. With an annual production capacity of 4.5 lakh units, the facility supports both bulk enterprise requirements and standardised product output across categories.
AFC has also positioned itself around compliance with international benchmarks. It has secured BIFMA Level 3 certification, which evaluates materials, production processes, energy usage, and organisational practices across the entire manufacturing ecosystem. This places the company within a limited group of manufacturers adhering to globally recognised sustainability and quality standards.
Financially, AFC has reported 3.7 times growth with a compound annual growth rate exceeding 20%. It is targeting a higher growth trajectory of 30–40% in the coming years, supported by increased enterprise engagement and expansion of its product and services portfolio.
As part of its expansion strategy, the company is planning an investment of approximately INR 50 crore to strengthen its presence in tier-2 and tier-3 markets. The plan includes opening new outlets across non-metro locations through a mix of company-owned and franchise-led models, complementing its existing network across major urban centres.
Alongside expansion, AFC has outlined sustainability targets aligned with global frameworks. Its climate commitments, approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), include reducing absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 58.8% by 2034, while continuing to assess Scope 3 emissions across its value chain.
With ongoing projects across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune, and increasing activity in emerging business hubs, AFC is scaling its operations in response to changing workplace requirements, including demand for flexible, compliant, and environmentally aligned office infrastructure.
