Trehan IRIS has launched Omara, a wellness-focused luxury residential development in Sector 80, Gurugram, comprising 320 golf-facing 3.5 and 4.5 BHK units. The project integrates over 110 amenities and 50 longevity programmes centred on fitness, recovery and lifestyle management. Designed around biophilic planning and wellness infrastructure, the development includes features such as a spa collaboration with L Occitane en Provence and advanced therapy facilities. The launch reflects a growing shift in premium housing towards wellness-oriented design, with developers incorporating health-focused amenities as a key differentiator in high-end residential markets.

Trehan IRIS has introduced Omara, a wellness-led residential project in Sector 80, Gurugram, comprising 320 premium residences, as developers increasingly incorporate health and lifestyle elements into high-end housing formats. The project, announced in the past week, offers 3.5 and 4.5 BHK units with golf course views and is positioned around a design framework that integrates wellness into residential planning and daily living.

The development has been conceptualised with over 110 amenities and more than 50 programmes focused on physical activity, recovery, nutrition and mindfulness. Fitness personality Milind Soman has been associated with the project as a wellness advisor, contributing to the programme design. The residential layout incorporates biophilic elements such as natural light, landscaped environments, water features and open views towards the Aravalli range, reflecting a design approach centred on environmental integration.

Omara includes a wellness and spa facility developed in association with L'Occitane en Provence, offering a combination of international therapies and traditional Ayurvedic treatments. The project also incorporates specialised recovery infrastructure, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna and cold plunge facilities, alongside fitness-oriented amenities such as a Knox Studio-managed gym, Pilates centre and an indoor half-Olympic swimming pool.

The planning framework extends to outdoor and community-oriented features, including forest trails, yoga decks, meditation areas and multiple sports courts. A car-free ground-level layout has been adopted to improve walkability and open space utilisation. Residential units are designed with private lift lobbies, while common areas include curated art installations, shared terraces and dedicated zones for children.

The project also integrates a food and nutrition component through a farm-to-table concept, with on-site cultivation of seasonal produce supporting a wellness caf and culinary programmes. According to the developer, the initiative is intended to align dietary habits with broader health-focused living patterns within the residential environment.

Company executives indicated that the development reflects a shift towards creating integrated residential ecosystems rather than conventional housing formats. They conveyed that the focus is on combining design, wellness infrastructure and community planning to address evolving lifestyle preferences in the premium segment.

The project has been developed in collaboration with multiple international design and consultancy firms, including partners from Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States, covering architecture, wellness, lighting and interior design components.

The launch of Omara comes at a time when Gurugram's residential market is witnessing increasing demand for differentiated offerings in the luxury segment. Developers are incorporating specialised amenities and thematic planning to cater to buyers seeking lifestyle-oriented housing solutions. Wellness-focused developments, in particular, are gaining traction as homebuyers place greater emphasis on health, open spaces and integrated living environments.
