Sunteck Realty Limited is set to launch the first phase of an ultra-luxury residential development in Goregaon West with an initial investment of INR 1,250 crore. Sunteck Realty Limited, one of India's leading real estate developers, has announced the launch of the first tower of its latest ultra-luxury residential project in Goregaon West. The development spans a prime three-acre land parcel and will rise to 42 storeys, with a total gross development value estimated at approximately INR 3,000 crore. The initial phase of the project alone accounts for an investment of around INR 1,250 crore.
