Allcargo Logistics has extended its domestic distribution network to cover 100 percent of India's PIN codes with its new Allcargo Extended Reach (AER) platform. The initiative replaces the earlier Extra Serviceable Stations model and follows the company's corporate restructuring that consolidated express distribution and consultative logistics under a single domestic supply chain business. The mapped network has increased from around 21,000 to over 32,000 PIN codes, while directly serviceable PIN codes through distribution centres have more than doubled to over 10,000, strengthening access to dependable logistics for businesses in urban and remote regions.

Allcargo Logistics Limited has significantly expanded its domestic distribution network, making all India's PIN codes accessible through the newly launched Allcargo Extended Reach (AER) platform. This move follows the company's approved corporate restructuring, which brought its express distribution and consultative logistics operations under a single domestic supply chain business. The restructuring aims to improve operational efficiency and provide businesses with a more cohesive and reliable logistics service.


Through AER, the total number of mapped PIN codes has grown from about 21,000 to more than 32,000, providing detailed coverage across all regions. Directly serviceable PIN codes through Allcargo's Distribution Centres have more than doubled from roughly 4,900 to over 10,000, enabling faster and more predictable deliveries. The platform replaces the earlier Extra Serviceable Stations model, creating a modern network built to meet growing demand in non-metro cities and emerging towns.

The expansion targets regions beyond major urban centres, including Tier II, Tier III, and Tier IV towns that are increasingly important consumption hubs. Services have also been extended to remote areas such as Port Blair, Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir, the Western Ghats, and parts of the Northeast. This ensures businesses in underserved and hard-to-reach regions can access efficient logistics and delivery services, supporting local trade and regional economic growth.

The implementation of AER involved redesigning the domestic network with advanced planning tools, intelligent routing systems, and fully digital workflows. Distribution hubs and line haul routes have been optimised for improved delivery predictability. Allcargo has strengthened on-ground infrastructure and invested in technology-driven solutions to monitor shipments and enhance operational efficiency. These changes align with the company's long-term strategy to build a nationwide logistics platform capable of supporting India's growing digital economy and formal trade.
