The Urban Development Department announced that Regulation 13(10) will not be included in the Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR) 2034, affecting the redevelopment of Mumbai's Mahalaxmi Race Course. In an effort to regain control over abandoned redevelopment projects on their lands, the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has sent out about 1,200 letters to different Mumbai developers and housing societies.
