Ms. Shraddha Kedia-Agarwal, Director of Transcon Developers, emphasised that SRA redevelopments are central to Mumbai's housing transformation. These projects not only alleviate the city's acute housing shortage but also uplift communities, significantly enhancing the quality of life for countless families.
The Siddha Sejal Group, known for its affordable luxury developments, has also made notable progress in the SRA domain. The group recently allocated 884 units in one of its landmark projects in Central Mumbai. Mr. Samyak Jain, Director of Siddha Group, underscored the importance of design and community in these developments.
