WeWork India has expanded by adding over 1.4 lakh square feet of office space with the opening of new centres in Bengaluru and Noida. WeWork India, a provider of flexible workspaces, has announced the addition of two new centres to its portfolio. The new locations, WeWork Galaxy Business Park in Sector 62, Noida, and WeWork 37 Cunningham in Bengaluru, are set to open in September and October 2024, respectively. WeWork 37 Cunningham in Bengaluru will offer a four-story workspace with more than 1,000 desks spread over an area of 60,000 square feet. Meanwhile, WeWork Galaxy Business Park in Noida will feature over 1,400 desks across 79,000 square feet.
These new centres are part of WeWork India's ongoing efforts to cater to the growing demand for flexible office spaces in the country. Earlier in June 2024, WeWork India expanded its footprint by leasing Olympia Cyberspace in Guindy, Chennai. This location encompasses 130,000 square feet and provides 2,000 seats across two floors. Some of the notable members at this Chennai centre include Wheelocity Fresh, Molex India, Dr. Wamser + Batra India, and H20 LLC.
WeWork India currently operates in eight major cities: Chennai, New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad. With the addition of the new centres, the company will offer over 90,000 desks across these locations.
