Brigade Group, a Bengaluru-based developer has launched a project, located on Tumkur Road in West Bengaluru, which promises modern apartments at an attractive price point.

Spread over 8 acres, the project will offer a total built-up area of approximately 1.2 million square feet. This translates to roughly 111,650 square meters of living space. Primarily consisting of two and three-bedroom apartments, the project aims to cater to the growing demand for mid-sized, family-friendly homes in the city.

Pradyumna Krishnakumar, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, expressed enthusiasm about participating in Bengaluru's residential real estate boom. He mentioned that their latest project, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of INR 1,100 crore (approximately USD 137 million), will become a significant landmark in the Tumkur Road area. This project complements their existing development pipeline of over 12 million square feet (approximately 1.1 million square meters) across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

This announcement comes shortly after Brigade Group launched Brigade Insignia, a premium residential project in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. This project offers luxurious 3, 4, and 5-bedroom apartments, catering to a different segment of the market.

The focus on West Bengaluru reflects the area's growing popularity for residential development. With excellent connectivity to other parts of the city via major roads and highways, and existing infrastructure like schools, hospitals, and shopping centers, West Bengaluru offers a convenient and well-connected living environment.
