This impressive feat comes on the heels of another successful launch by Godrej Properties earlier this year, which also achieved sales exceeding INR 3,000 crore (approximately USD 37 million USD). These back-to-back achievements highlight the strong demand for residential properties in Bengaluru, particularly for projects from established developers like Godrej Properties.
The success of Godrej Woodscapes has propelled Godrej Properties to surpass their entire South India sales target for the 2023-2024 financial year (FY24) within the first quarter. This achievement, reaching sales over INR 3,150 crore within the first quarter, demonstrates the company's strong performance and commitment to the South Indian market.
Looking ahead, Godrej Properties has a robust pipeline of new projects planned for Bengaluru throughout the remaining fiscal year. These planned launches will further solidify their presence in the city.
