Navi Mumbai's youth are making a positive impact. A special cleaning campaign focused on the Gulf Coast area adjacent to Ghansoli Palm Beach took place on 24th June, 2024, with enthusiastic participation from 70 students of Tejaswa Career Academy.

This initiative aligns with Navi Mumbai Municipal Commissioner Dr. Kailas Shinde's call for increased public participation in cleanliness efforts. The campaign involved various departments working alongside citizens, with Ghansoli Department Officer Dr. Kailas Gaikwad and Assistant Commissioner Shri. Sunil Pawar oversaw the event. Deputy Commissioner Dr. Ajay Gade and Dr. Sanjay Tayde, the Sixth Commissioner, also provided leadership.

The Tejaswa Career Academy students joined local residents, sanitation workers, and officers from the Solid Waste Department in collecting a significant amount of plastic, paper, and other waste materials. Sanitation officers, inspectors, supervisors, and sanitation workers all participated enthusiastically.
