In May, Carmel Heights led the way with the highest number of deals in Whitefield. Following this, Prestige Palms registered four deals, and Amrutha Heights secured three deals. Assetz Marq, MC Fortune, and Sumadhura Silver Ripples each closed two deals. Thirteen other buildings had one deal each. Resale transactions surpassed developer sales, contributing 53% of the total, while developer sales accounted for 47%. On the high end, two apartments, one in Prestige Bougainvillea and another in Adarsh Palm Meadows, were sold for INR 7 crores each. Conversely, a budget-friendly option in Assetz Marq was available for approximately INR 15.72 lakhs, providing a great opportunity for value-conscious buyers.

The apartment sizes varied widely, with the largest unit being 6,651 square feet in Prestige White Meadows and the smallest at 213 square feet in Assetz Marq. This variety ensures Whitefield caters to a wide range of buyers, from families seeking spacious homes to individuals preferring compact living spaces. Prices per square foot ranged from INR 1,251 to INR 32,154, with an average of around INR 8,436.

Most apartments sold were in the popular 1,000 to 1,500 square feet range, with close to 20% between 1,500 and 2,000 square feet. Two apartments were sold in each of the 2,000 to 2,500, 500 to 1,000 square feet ranges, and a single apartment within 500 square feet. Around 18% of the apartments were between 1,500 and 2,000 square feet. About 45% of the apartments sold in April were priced between INR 1 and 2 crores, with approximately 40% sold for under INR 1 crore. There was one apartment sold between INR 2 and 3 crores, and four apartments sold for over INR 5 crores, with two of these fetching INR 7 crores.
