In an interview with ET Realty, MC superintendent Vivek Verma was quoted saying, "Sometimes people send their helpers or employees to file the tax returns and many people complained they paid the tax but it was still outstanding in their account. Now they can check the property photograph on the receipts, as well." Verma acknowledges that the system is new and assures residents that any errors will be rectified soon.
